About the role
GTM Engineers sit at the intersection of sales and software. While account executives own relationships and close deals, you own the architecture that makes those conversations possible at scale — the automated workflows, enrichment pipelines, and tooling that turn cold signals into warm, well-timed outreach.
This is a technical role with a commercial mandate. You'll work closely with sales, have direct exposure to customers, and ship things that show up in the revenue numbers.
What you'll do
- Build automated workflows that identify, enrich, and prioritize high-fit prospects using web data and third-party data sources.
- Wire together the tools in our GTM stack — CRM, sequencing, enrichment APIs — through integrations and custom tooling so they actually work as a system.
- Keep account data fresh with pipelines that update based on real signals: hiring activity, funding, tech stack changes, web behavior.
- Build the personalization layer that lets our account executives send outreach that feels specific and relevant — without doing it manually.
- Measure what's working, iterate on what isn't, and treat the GTM system like a product with real users and real metrics.
