About the role
As a Technical Writer at Olostep, you'll turn complex information into clear, easy-to-understand guides, API documentation, and tutorials. You'll work closely with engineers, developers, and product to make our technology simple to understand and use.
This role is for someone who can go deep on technical topics, then explain them with clarity and precision — writing that helps developers succeed without talking down to them.
What you'll do
- Research and write in-depth technical blog posts, benchmarks, and deep dives grounded in our internal data and experiments.
- Design and document rigorous methodologies — clearly laying out the goal, the approach, the measurements, and what the results actually mean.
- Turn raw benchmark results and experimental data into clear, credible narratives that hold up to a technical audience's scrutiny.
- Write and maintain API documentation and hands-on tutorials.
- Partner with engineers and subject matter experts to understand how features work — and document them accurately.
- Translate technical jargon into clear language without sacrificing correctness.
- Add charts, diagrams, screenshots, and examples that make complex results and instructions easy to follow.
