About the role
As a Field Engineer, you'll be the technical face of Olostep, helping customers evaluate the platform through proofs of concept, tailored code examples, and hands-on guidance that demonstrates the API's value in their workflows.
This is a customer-facing role for someone who is a strong software engineer first, and a great communicator and listener second. You'll need deep technical knowledge and fluent, articulate English to translate complex customer requirements into working solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders and developers, acting as their technical advisor.
- Turn customer requirements into scalable solutions, guiding rollout strategy, prompting, and context configuration.
- Advocate for customers internally by sharing feedback with Product and Engineering, and contribute hands-on to new features.
- Stay deeply familiar with Olostep's capabilities to clearly communicate our value.
