About the role

Drive revenue growth by building strategic relationships with startups and enterprises. You'll help customers realize the full potential of Olostep, owning the customer journey from discovery through expansion.

What you'll do

  • Build and develop a pipeline of enterprise prospects across AI-native companies, hedge funds, recruiting platforms, and others who depend on web data.
  • Lead discovery with technical and business stakeholders to understand what they actually need — not just what's on a requirements doc.
  • Run demos, structure pilots, and guide deals through procurement and security reviews to close.
  • Negotiate contracts and stay close to customers post-close to make sure they're getting real value and expanding over time.
  • Bring customer feedback to product and engineering in a way that's specific and actionable.
