Olostep App Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Olostep app and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our app or services.
2. Service Overview
Olostep enables you to share a portion of your unused internet bandwidth and computing resources. These resources may be utilized by Olostep and its partners to access publicly available web data or facilitate data structuring for third-party clients. Users who contribute resources may be rewarded for their participation, such as through credits, discounts, or other benefits.
3. User Consent and Control
Participation in our bandwidth/resource sharing program is subject to your explicit consent. You may opt in or out at any time via your account settings or our control panel. You have full control over your participation and we respect your decisions at all times.
4. Data Privacy and Security
Olostep does not collect, store, or sell your personally identifiable information or browsing history. Only your idle bandwidth or excess resources are shared, and all data retrieval occurs in sessionless, ephemeral environments. Your browsing experience, cookies, and personal data remain unaffected and untracked. To prevent abuse and ensure service integrity, Olostep may use your IP address to infer geographic region (at the country level) and implement rate-limiting protections. This information is hashed and is not used to identify you personally.
5. Legal Compliance and User Responsibility
By using Olostep, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) terms, and local network policies. You are solely responsible for monitoring your usage and ensuring compliance. You may opt in or out of resource sharing at any time. It is your responsibility to monitor your participation and to opt in or out accordingly.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olostep and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or any other harm.
7. Age Restriction
Olostep is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. By using our service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 and use the service, you do so at your own risk, and Olostep disclaims all responsibility and liability for such use.
